1. Service

Biology AI helps users analyze photos, typed questions, notes, diagrams, worksheets, lab prompts, and related scan information for biology study support. The app may provide detected questions, direct answers, explanations, key concepts, definitions, visual evidence, warnings, flashcards, quizzes, saved history, and AI chat follow-ups.

Results are informational and educational. Biology AI does not guarantee correctness, grades, school acceptance, exam performance, laboratory safety, medical accuracy, or compliance with any course policy.

2. Educational Use and Academic Integrity

Biology AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as any school, teacher, exam provider, textbook publisher, academic integrity office, medical professional, laboratory safety authority, or professional biology service. The app's output is study support, not a final expert or grading decision.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a result. Use Biology AI to understand concepts, check reasoning, and practice. You must follow your school's rules, assignment instructions, and academic integrity policies.

3. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

We store uploaded or taken images, typed questions, user notes, AI analysis results, generated study aids, saved scan history, and chat messages in order to make them available across sessions and to power the AI chat experience.

Some app versions may not yet include every deletion or privacy control. Where deletion controls are available in the app, deleted data is removed from our active systems. You may contact us for support with privacy or deletion requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity, including copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech
• Intended to enable cheating, academic dishonesty, or violation of school rules

We reserve the right to monitor uploaded content and permanently suspend access for violations of these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Biology AI may offer limited free checks and paid Premium access for additional scans, typed questions, saved history, study aids, and AI chat follow-ups.

Weekly Premium is $3.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Yearly Premium is $24.99/year with no free trial. Prices, trials, features, and subscription options are displayed in the app paywall or store purchase sheet and may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Consumption Data and Refund Processing

By using Biology AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests.

This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content. This information is shared solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Biology AI and its content, excluding user-uploaded photos, user-provided questions or notes, and user-generated chats, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Biology AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, correctness, grade outcome, school acceptance, exam performance, medical accuracy, lab safety, or suitability of any result. Biology checks can be affected by poor image quality, handwriting, cropped answer choices, unclear diagrams, missing context, ambiguous wording, class-specific requirements, and AI limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biology AI and the developer are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including academic decisions, homework submissions, grades, exam outcomes, study choices, lab work, medical interpretations, or reliance on AI-generated answers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting available data in settings or uninstalling the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
